General Information


Tentative Bookings


Ramada London will hold tentative bookings for a one-week period only; at which point you will be required

to confirm the booking with a deposit.  If we are unable to contact you, the space will be released for sale. 

In the meantime, should anyone else inquire for the same date(s), we will contact you to either

confirm or decline the space.


Deposits, Payments and Cancellations


A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Thirty days prior to your scheduled event 50% of the estimated cost of the function is due.  The balance of the estimated cost of the function is due

ten days prior.  You may stop in at any time to make a payment to your account as long as the required

percentages are on the account by the payment dates mentioned. Any outstanding balance must be settled

on the evening of the function unless you have a credit card on file or otherwise pre-arranged.


All deposits are non-refundable if the function is cancelled. If you need to reschedule your event, you can

transfer your deposit as long as you rebook within 365 days of the original date. In the unlikely event you

should need to cancel, the penalty will be based on the signed contract for the function including

rental space as well as food and beverage and will be as follows:






Guarantee and Pricing


The guaranteed number of guests must be submitted to the Catering Office no later than ten days prior to the event. Ramada London will invoice for the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.  Ramada London will prepare and set for five percent (5%) above the guaranteed number.  Should the hotel not receive a guarantee, then the original number expected will be charged as the guarantee.

Prices are current and are guaranteed until the dates specified. All prices are subject to applicable taxes

and 15% gratuity unless otherwise stated.




The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada is the Canadian copyright collective that administers the performing rights of its members. Menu Selection


Each and every guest is special and deserves to enjoy your event like everyone else. We take this into

consideration and provide children’s portions as well as vegetarian meals, and can work with you in relation to any dietary restrictions or to avoid any food allergies. Ramada London can take care of all of these

special requirements and more. 


Menu selections are to be submitted to the Catering Office at least one month prior to your function in order

to guarantee selected items.  To ensure that the highest quality of food is served at your function, it is

imperative that you adhere to the confirmed time allotment for meal functions.


Ballroom Rental


Complimentary ballroom rental with 100 or more adult dinner guests refers to our custom plated and dinner buffet menus only. With fewer than 100 adult dinner guests the rental fee is $400 plus applicable taxes.

For a cocktail reception only the ballroom rental fee will be $600.


If you are having both your ceremony and reception in the same room, and you require a set-up change, a

fee of $200 plus applicable taxes applies. Your guests are generally required to leave the room in the

event of a set-up change.





Ramada London does not take responsibility for any items left in the room, decorations or other

property. Our staff will ensure your function room is locked when notified us of your departure.


It is your responsibility to manage your event in a safe and orderly manner. This includes monitoring and

controlling the conduct of your guests. You agree to reimburse Ramada London for any damages caused

by your guests if you fail to carry out this responsibility.




If you would like to take advantage of your complimentary night stay, the hotel requires this information as soon as possible, as we only have two suites. These suites are booked on a first come first serve basis. You can reserve your suite when you place your deposit, and if you decide to you can cancel up to 48 hours prior.


If you require a guest bedroom block you must let the hotel know as soon as possible as it will be based on availability. A special rate will be set up and your guests will be required to call in on their own to reserve their bedroom. Any rooms let in your block will be released 30 days prior to your event.


Anyone requiring an early check-in can certainly request it when they make their reservation, however the

hotel cannot guarantee their room will be ready before 3 pm. The hotel does put a priority on

the reservations for wedding guests.
